We currently offer shipping within the United States and select international locations. If you are located outside the U.S., please review our available shipping options at checkout.
For international shipments, additional fees, customs duties, and taxes may apply, depending on the destination country. playxtop is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We provide several shipping options to meet your needs, including:

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order, the selected shipping method, and the destination address. These charges will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your order.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all U.S. orders over $50.

4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
If any item in your order is out of stock or there is a delay, you will be notified by email.
For backordered or pre-order items, we will provide an estimated shipping date at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid any delays or issues with delivery.

For international customers, please note that CleanXCity is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be applied once the package reaches your country. These fees are determined by the customs office of the destination country, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay them.
